Our mission is to preserve, promote, educate and to instill interest in the history of Tipton County and the heritage of its people.
All four branches of our Military are now being displayed with honor on the first floor of our courthouse.
Thank you all for your service!!
Shown below, Jerry Beach, Sargent in the U.S. Marine Corps, and served during the Korean War from 1953–56, hanging his uniform in the courthouse for display, after he so graciously donated his complete uniform & it had been cataloged in our computer system. Thanks Jerry for making our collection complete.
